I had lunch with a dear friend at Silva's in Costa Mesa, and it was amazing! She and I had Brazilian BBQ before, but nothing like this. We had the all you can eat, which the foods are all organic and
locally sourced.
I love a restaurant with variety of veggie and meat options! With the buffet-style, I can try a little of everything. The meats are always fresh and served on the spot at the counter. There is no limit there also (I love my meats!).
We can't forget about their drinks! They have a nice list of drink options that include specialty craft cocktails, beers, and wine. I LOVE passion fruit, so I went with the Passion Fruit Caipirinha, which is a Leblon Cachaca Rum with pure cane sugar, fresh lime, and of course passion fruit.
It's a perfect place for a lunch break with coworkers or dinner with some friends!
