This is the first day this spring I am bringing back the skirts and sandals for the season! I love how I can still incorporate this sleeveless turtleneck into the season. With the bright white of the top, I paired it with a settle print for the skirt to make it more playful. Breaking away from shoes and boots, I went with my strappy sandals. My intentions for this outfit is to keep it simple yet fun with a splash of pattern.
